NFBA Safety Certification
Does Your Company Have What It Takes to be a Safety Champion?
A certification program geared toward educating safety professionals and crewmen in the Post-frame industry.
We encourage all NFBA members to join this program, whether you're just getting started or already well established in safety best practices.
Cost
$300
Open to all Builder and Associate Members.
Certification must be renewed annually and covers the company / branch associated with your membership.
Benefits
- Distinguish your company as a Safety Champion - Awarded at the NFBA Conference & Expo to one Associate and Builder member that complete the certification and score Platinum Level in the Excellence in Safety Award
- Safety Certified Logo next to your company’s membership directory listing
- Education from Safety Professionals in the Post-frame industry
- Earn $150 in NFBA credit for products and event registrations
- One additional 30-minute call per month with NFBA legal counsel for safety related topics
- Submit questions to the NFBA Safety Committee for guidance and support
Certification Requirements
- Must be an NFBA Member (Builder & Associate Members)
- Must attend or watch all Safety Webinars (recordings will be made available)
- Must submit an Application for the Excellence in Safety Award (no application fee for Safety Certification participants)
